Life can seem to "hit hard" at times. It is important to remember to breathe deeply through it all. Often when stressed, we may tend to breathe shallowly and that does not serve us. Deep breaths are not only calming but they are an immune booster, and breathing deeply helps us to stay grounded as well. Breathing deeply into the abdomen assists us in being fully present, fully in our power. ♡
